Due to strict deadlines for DHL UK claims, all claims for DHL UK parcels must be submitted within the timeframes listed below.. 

What if I am outside the deadlines?

If a claim is submitted outside the designated deadlines, you will receive a warning during the submission process. While you can still proceed with submitting a late claim, please note that it is most likely to be declined. To submit a claim outside the deadlines, you must provide a reason for the delay and any necessary supporting documents.
