Examples of special events to trigger notifications

Overview

We offer two dummy events that can trigger notifications: "On the was to distribution center" and "FHS timeout".

"On the was to distribution center" should be set up in Seven Senders admin panel. The customer can define how many hours after the Planned Pickup date of the shipment the event will be triggered.

"FHS timeout" can be set up in Seven Senders Portal SLA section (Settings - SLAs) as a number of hours after Planned Pickup Date (excluding weekends) after which the event 'FHS timeout' is triggered. If x number of hours after the Planned Pickup date no First Hub Scan (FHS) has taken place, the event is triggered.

A detailed list of all events and statuses can be found here.

On the way to distribution center

Number of hours after the planned pickup date is defined in Seven Senders Admin Panel. If this is not defined, the event won't be triggered. Please contact your Customer operations manager to set it up.

Customer operations managers can set this by going to 'Shop' in Analytics Admin.

When the Number of hours is defined, notifications can be sent using this event as will be triggered.
